DIY KIT
Balustrade, Fence & Gate Kit available for handyman suitable for new homes, renovations or commerical sites. Product kit is very universal as many different designs and options can be constructed and can be made for angle sections if required.
Hand Rail
Hand Rail clips on top of 40 x 40 Horizontal Rail and infill cap where it finishes the balustrade so no screws are seen when fixed into positon and can be fasten so it does not come off.
75 x 75 Base Bracket
Horizontal Rail & Infill Cap
Balustrade, Fence, Gate kit 40 x 40 infill with cap can be welded or fastened with screws. Suitable for 20 x 20 Square tube or 20mm round tube. The Infill cap clips on showing no mess and a neat and tidy finish. Gap spacing for the vertical inserts are 105mm apart but can be assembled at your preference if required
Construction Options
Two options are available to construct your balustrade, fence or gates. A spot weld can be performed for a strong finish and is much quicker. However if there is no access to a welder a simple 3/16 hole with a rivet can be put in place of a spot weld and is just as effective with the infill cap covering the spot weld or the rivets.
Base Bracket is designed to fasten down into floor with screws or bolted down using dyna bolts on all four holes, which then the 75 x 75 post slips over the top for a nice neat finish and fasten with tex screws once the level of the post is achieved.
