Powder coating services are available. Colours are baked in an oven to give it durable long lasting life and maintenance free finish. Many different colours and options to choose from. Powder coating is applied as a flowing dry powder. The coating is applied electro statically which binds to the steel or aluminium and is then cured under heat that forms a "skin" based layer which is much stronger and durable then liquid based paint. The advantages of powder coating over liquid based paint is that when cured the "skin" layer is formed without running or sagging. The finish product when coated has less appearance difference between horizontal and vertical coated surfaces over liquid based paint. A large oven at C & G Security Engineering enables for large items such as industrial items, automotive parts but also long extrusions.
